A Perfect Romantic Getaway!
The stay exceeded my expectations with a beautifully furnished room, especially the enormous en-suite with a free-standing bath. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, and the food was absolutely fabulous. A slight improvement could be clearer signage for parking to enhance the overall experience.

We had a wonderful family getaway at the cottages, where we enjoyed our own private hot tub. The nearby attractions, such as the Victorian Castle and theme park, kept everyone entertained! Our service dog was welcomed, and the staff were incredibly accommodating.
My kids wished for a bit more space in the dining area for families. It felt a bit cramped during breakfast.

great stay but minor room issues
The room decoration for my partner's birthday was a charming surprise and added a personal touch to our stay. Breakfast in the restaurant exceeded expectations, with exquisite food and attentive service.
The room itself had a few minor issues that were not up to the high standards I expected.

Just a top selection for a weekend respite with value for price. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. Try to avoid the rooms by the windows during storms.

missingWrote a review on May 21private suiteluxurious amenitieslong waits
The Garden Suite offers a blend of privacy and luxury with modern amenities, perfect for a getaway. The attention to detail in the furnishings creates an inviting atmosphere that's hard to resist.
Wi-Fi connection proved unreliable, affecting the ability to stay connected. Even though the food generally scored high, portions were small and the restaurant experience fell flat with long waits between courses and limited menu options that didn’t cater to diverse tastes. It was a bit frustrating not getting a choice for meal preparations when ordering from a fixed set menu, as well as issues with cleanliness during breakfast service that I noticed.
